Structure of the Organization
HEAD operates with a two-tier structure consisting of the General Members and the Executive Committee. The General Members group includes 31 members, while the Executive Committee is made up of 9 members elected by the General Members for a term of two years. The Executive Committee is responsible for guiding and overseeing the activities of the organization and develops policy guidelines at the organizational level.
