Human Rights and Environmental Action Development (HEAD) is a non-profiteering, non-government development organization founded in 2008 in Satkhira, Bangladesh. We work to defend the rights of marginalized communities, empower women and youth, and build climate resilience for sustainable futures.

Vision: A society free of poverty and injustice where human rights are protected.

Mission: To positively change lives, reduce poverty, establish human rights, strengthen environmental action, and ensure transparency.

Goal: To reduce poverty, protect rights, and ensure sustainable livelihoods.
